Annexation Hearing


Our VISION for the future is

We can only accomplish this vision with your help. If you are a landowner in one or both of the Zones shown below, and if you are interested in helping us fix the problems discussed on our home page, we invite you to add your name to the petition.

Directions: Copies of the petition itself (all signature pages from the entire zone will be added to one petition) are below for your review. Two different signature pages are also shown separately. All landowners for a piece of property must provide a signature page – if a husband and wife own a property together then each must turn in a signature page. If the property is owned by an entity: a corporation, LLC, trust etc, then a person within that organization with the authority to sign such a document must turn in a signature page on behalf of that entity. These pages or acknowledgements must be notarized. If you wish to bring them to our office, we are happy to provide notary service for you.

Finally, if there is a lien or mortgage on any of your property in the North Zone or South Zone, your lender must sign a page indicating their consent. This is a routine matter for them, but may take some time. Please contact us as soon as possible if this is the case, we can start working right away to get that acknowledgement in time. A copy of this form also is below for your review.
